At Color Land Toys, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know:
You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or receipt, provided that:
The product is unopened, in its original condition, and packaging.
The item is sent back to any of our stores in the region.
If you request a pickup service, a 50 AED charge will apply.
If your return is approved and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note), you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
The refund process, including evaluation and bank processing, typically takes 4 to 7 days after we receive the returned item at our store.
If your product is damaged, has a defect, or is missing parts:
Send the item back to our store.
We’ll arrange a courier pickup from your location.
Please repack the item in its original box, ensuring all parts, labels, packaging, and manuals are intact.
Once received, our technical team will evaluate the issue:
If confirmed defective: we will repair or replace the item.
If a part is missing: we will provide the missing part.
If returned within 14 days and you don’t want a replacement: a full refund will be issued.
If the item is not found defective, we will return it to you.
Items returned after 14 days will be repaired (if possible), not refunded.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Books
CDs/DVDs
Items on sale
Electronic items with a broken seal
Items not in their original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Assembled, used, altered, or installed items (unless defective)
Sealed items requiring hygienic protection (as specified on the product page)
Pickup: Within 24–48 hours of your request
Evaluation & Replacement Delivery: Within 4–5 working days after receipt
Store Credit: Credited to your Color Land Toys account within 2–3 working days after approval
Bank Refund: Completed within 2–3 weeks
Our return and refund policy is only valid for deliveries within the UAE.
Please note: Returns are not accepted during peak seasons, such as December and the month before Ramadan, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
